WHAT DOES AN EMAIL CONTAIN?
The course has 5 areas of support: Dance Routine for fun and fitness, Stretch and Strengthen exercises for core muscles, pelvic floor and engaging and preparing muscle groups after the release of the hormone Relaxin, HIIT Plan for visible progression to highlight improvements and stamina, competing only against yourself and the last score you achieved, Mindful Audio Tracks to enable the engagement of the body through finding rest and concentrating on an awareness of the present without visuals and Vital Body Information for a greater understanding on how to physically and mentally look after the body, resulting in an improved and positive overall wellbeing. Emails will contain different aspects everyweek so you can digest and enjoy.
DO I HAVE TO BE A BRAND NEW MUM?
I believe a postnatal body is still a postnatal body whether your child is only a few months old or in primary school. The fundamentals are always worth knowing and engaging your body in movement is always valuable. My son is 6 and I enjoy designing and delivering each 6 week course because I gain so much from it.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF E-LETTERS?
FLEXIBILITY - You can choose when to engage in activities that fit around your daily routine and the every changing schedule of a developing child. Videos are linked to Charlie's YouTube Channel and are unlisted for only you to see. This means unlike Zoom, you can click in whenever you wish to be part of the course.
AFFORDABLE - The covid crisis has made a huge impact on face to face classes. The benefit of this is more people are willing to engage in activities differently which means no hall hire, no babysitter, no transport costs.
DISTRACTION - E-Letters are old fashioned, they are set up to be seperate as possisble to the online world. The only gateway are videos having a YouTube link. The idea is to give yourself 5mins to indulge in your Friday email over a hot cup of tea without scrolling through newsfeeds or being tempted by algorithms.
BITESIZE - Sections that need participation are short enough to fit into a day with children and are not time consuming for the evening. Ideas and concepts will improve your well being are also thought through for a limited time scale.
JUST FOR YOU - When you became a mum, this label seems to grow exponentially and sometimes you can feel slightly suffocated underneath. Some women have a brilliant ability to find balance. The E-Letter course is about trying to provide a balance in amongst your new role or added addition.
